* Prices are per TOTAL square foot, including unfinished basements and garages, not just living space. Crawl spaces and attics are excluded from total square foot (They are still inspected though as long as it is safe to do so). At Tri Summit Home Inspections, we inspect the whole house. There will be a $50 travel fee if we travel outside the Tri-Cities (i.e. Mountain City, Butler, Rogersville, Greenville, Telford, Chucky, Church Hill, etc.). Inspections that are cancelled after payment is made will require a $50 reschedule fee (current rates apply). There will be a $100 fee if asked to go back to the property due to utilities being turned off or access not available to items or areas at the time of the original inspection or if the inspection is cancelled within three days of the inspection date.
We accept major credit cards. There is a .03% "convenience" fee for credit card processing.
