Free Infrared Photos. I will take Thermal Pictures of each suspicious area at no extra charge.
Reinspection. I will reinspect those areas identified for correction for $75 if the reinspection is scheduled within 30 days of the initial home inspection. A “punch list” of corrections agreed upon by the seller and buyer must be provided in writing before the reinspection. After 30 days, the fee is $100.
